Your mesh seems very unsmoothed. And the HDRI- Lighting is too strong. But not bad for a beginner.

Its using a woodland HDRI so that mite be the problem but its completly new 2 me

I think this has come along well. Maybe if you start an new project and come back to this in a month or so your fresh eyes and new skills will turn this into something amazing
