Description

This "tunnel effect" caught my eye yesterday morning while waiting for my next train out to Chicago from Union Station in Washington, DC. Comments as always welcomed; thank you for viewing!

On Massachusetts Avenue, I think. Union station has vacancies at airplane and automobile. It has some monopoly in how the government had EMD build all the line haul locos in WW-II and the other makers built shunt locos. The attempt to bring all the passengers under one roof at Union stations was never completed in the hinterland.
