Beautifully done! Almost everything about this image is superb. You are indeed a master of texturing and lighting. My only henpeck is the scale of your model. She seems a tad too tall in relation to the sides of the building. eg..if she tried to walk under the landings, or on the passages...she would have to duck severly? Aside from that..it is stunning.

I think this piece needs some radiosity. Under the stairs, in the corners, on the steps where the chicks shadow lies.
