Description
A 'superheroine' and her 'panda' sidekick. Or something like that.
Had a visual in my mind that I had to get down, but no real idea who she was.
You tell me what her super powers are, why she's called Dystopia, and what gives with the bear. :)

That is so unique! Very cool!! ^^ Hmm I would think the pahda maybe has telekenetic abilities? And she.. she is so awsome that she probably still has powers she doesn't know about yet lol. ^^
