Description

This is what will be going on at the top of my street for pretty much the entire summer. They are gutting the street, replacing the streetcar tracks, and filling 'er up again. It's hard to see in this particular shot, but there is a series of wires hovering over the intersection that form a web-like veil. I had never really noticed how creepy it is... but again, you can't really see it in this shot... so it's just a big tease really... hope you enjoy the rest of the shot!

the wires look rather like a host of identical birds...but I get what you mean. I love construction shots, and look forward to seeing more. Will you be around in the summer? I'd love to see it going up.

great shot Carly. Has a turn of the century feel to it. When we finally do get together for our photo shoot, I'll show you how filters can bring down the sky a bit and you'll be able to see the lines. This photo would look great (not that it doesnt already) with the lines in. Well done. let me guess, high speed fuji?
