Description

This is my first picture using alpha planes - in total theres over 650 objects, and the alpha planes make up most of those, the trees. It wasn't as complicated as I thought and theycame out pretty well I think :D I also used volumetric clouds in a standard atmosphere - sometimes they look better. Not happy with the title so if you have any alternatives, be my guest ;) BTW that blurry thing in the bottom right-hand corner is a dragonfly. I think it has too much motion blur *lol* Thanks JoeBlack

Nice silhouette...the clouds are great....but the sky is really flat and a very odd color to go with this....maybe that is what you were looking for. Nice work with the alpha's...

This is... amazing! I like the atmosphere, and the details... It seems such a calm evening! The water is almost still, only placid wide waves to gently move the boat and the reflections... The day is over, some few buzzes is all that's left from the activity of the light. A shy invisible cricket, hidden somewhere, starts tempting the stillnes of the night... (Okay, maybe you haven't put the cricket, but it must have been hidden in your grass, 'cause I plainly hear it!)
