I see three.. the one in main image, one at his back, and one in the place of his "hair". Beautiful work.

When I was doing the hair, I kept seeing faces pop up, so I started to enhance some. Each time I look at this I see more. So far, I count Seven. Try it with the smudge tool,with a few different colors.
