Hmmm... has he just received cat acupuncture? Looks like it. My Kitty likes to jump from the floor onto my shoulder. If she misses, I get acupunctured. Fortunately, not the bloody variety. But I sure feel it. So, that's why I wonder if this man has just received his treatment. Keep up the good work. :-)
