Description
Tegrea was one of the few S'rillay Warriors who survived the insurrection against the Shareed Hegemony in 2,033,569 K.
S'waraille had been under Hegemony control for more than 500 years at that point and was handled as a low wage outpost for heavy industrial manufacturing. Basic social services and adequate living conditions were - needless to say - not part of the program. The first major protests and upheavals occurred in 2,033,557 K, causing the Hegemony to invoke martial law and clamping down on all major cities in the system.
The traditional S'rillay forces of S'waraille were deployed to keep the situation under control, which they grudgingly did for almost twelve years. When the tensions finally boiled over, the Hegemony administrators and oversight officers were caught completely by surprise, but the insurrection ended in a massacre when Hegemony forces arrived in the system 9 days later.
S'waraille was subsequently placed under Hegemony edict and the surviving population subjected to fierce reparations and hereditary indentured labor. Almost all of the S'rillay had been killed during the fighting or been executed afterwards. Most of the few survivors - generally young, subaltern warriors like Tegrea - perished in the labor camps.
Tegrea was the only known person who managed to escape from the prison camps of S'waraille. After commandeering a Hegemony patrol ship, she set up an improvised base in the system's outer asteroid belt and then continued to fight the Hegemony from there. After a year she was forced to abandon her home system altogether, but the young warrior continued to make trouble for the Hegemony. Eventually she encountered Graciella Jiqarra, who had learned a few things about asymmetrical warfare herself during her youth. After that, Tegrea's return to S'waraille was rather spectacular...
Thank you all for stopping by and your comments on my previous posts!
Tegrea's textures are from Belladzine's Amani for V4, her morphs are made from various G2F shapes.
The outfit is Dark Warrior from TaLaDesign, I'm not sure if it's still available.

Looks simply great (super Effekte Chris) - Have a nice new week!
"fierce reparations" usw, erinnert mich an den vertrag von versailes, der grundstein für WWII.toll gemacht.
Bei der Szene schwebte mir eigentlich die Behandlung vieler "Kolonien" durch die damaligen Großmächte vor, aber ja, dass würde mit Sicherheit ebenfalls passen. Kam auch nichts gutes bei raus.
Great illustration of a great story.
