"What no lobster"!.... cool and interesting choice of weapons.When the British army wanted to replace the Lee Enfield with an automatic in the late 50's early 60's, they rejected the SA-80 as unreliable and too small a calibre.They opted for the FN-FAL SLR, when that was obsolete they chose the SA-80....yeh! Government in Action.....great image mate, actually found myself checking out the table to see what ya got!..still love that truck though....

Thanks, Neiwil. Yeah, I heard that the L85 turned out to be pretty cruddy. Being an Aussie soldier, I still have a love affair with the L1A1. So sad that they changed ours over for the Austeyr. :-(

When I was in Iraq in '03 we did some ops with the Aussies and I got to take an Austeyr to the range. Frst time I ever fired a bullpup and I actually liked the way it felt in the shoulder better than my M4. Oh yeah, great scene, btw
