Interestingly "camel" seems to be an anglicisation (probably through latin) of the arabic word "jamal" - probably the first camel came from egypt then - as they pronounce the Ã�Â¬Ã�ï¿½ as a "g" rather than a "j" - the Omani's on the other hand do the j... Mahmood (the guy i went with) told me another name for a camel which was the "bedou" word, but i forgot it. Anyway - title is the arabic script for "Jamal" (with vowelation for those who read arabic) And as a direct consequence of yesterday's photo here they are eating the food :) Guess what comes tomorrow?
