Description

Of course, this image wasn't actually taken at night, but was in reality captured about a minute before my previous "Hometime" image. I did several things to achieve this effect, but I think the main components were desaturating the image, tinting the shadows with a 65% hue and 31% saturation, plus increasing contrast. This was done with Lightroom v1.3, followed by a bit of tidying up in Paint Shop Pro X.
