Done for a forum request...
I modeled and textured the sword in an afternoon - it didn't come out too bad, but I had to waste a lot of polygons to get Poser to render it fairly cleanly with polygon smoothing enabled. Next time I won't bother to do this, I think it would have looked just as good with slightly different outline and with smoothing disabled for the prop. This is a detail of the bump texture on the sword blade:
