Description
The Queen of Winter was inspired by the "Harry Dresden" books that I quite like. She is the fairy queen of the unseelie wintercourt and the kind of person you wish you had never met. Like all fairies she is quite powerful, cunning, egomaniac, beautiful and you better be careful what you wish for...
