Rail thin and begging for relief with those eyes. You wonder how the little ones can go on fighting these illnesses when it's just about all they've been doing in their very short lives. Excellent shot.

Damn, man, this photo does speak for itself. I hope she gets better, that's no way for a kid to live -- she oughta be running around causing all kinds of havoc with her friends. Best wishes.
