Description

Last weekend I went to the Pacific Science Center with the intention of shooting a butterfly that I could stuff into a fractal image. I think this will be one of them, but I thought that it might be interesting to show the non-fractal version. Thanks for taking the time to look at this image

delightful image! Love the sweeping leaf in the background and the vivid open wings on the butterfly. Really delightful capture.

Very nice shot, so you know what kind of butterfly it is (Monarch maybe)?

Very nice shot, Keith. And that sweeping spiral is a nice touch. Fractals in nature. :)

I've just recently discovered the world of butterflies....I took a trip to our local Butterfly Conservatory and I am definitely hooked. Beautiful photo by the way and I can't wait to see it with your beautiful fractal backgrounds.

Nice image, Could you tell me what you use to incorporate the butterfly into a fractal? Your work is beautiful, something for me to aspire to.
