This image was taken at the First Round of the Knights Tournemant, here in the UK. This is an event which is held over 16 rounds where 4 Knights and there squires do battle to win the chanpionship. This is by the way, the real thing its not acting or set up in any way, they really battle, as they did in the real tournemants of old. This is our Knight of the North, Sir John Babbington taken his first charge in the joust section of the tournemant on his horse Hawthorn. Sadly, A bloke kept standing up with his camera in line of sight of the actual meeting of the knights when they clashed either side of the tilt and so I have no decent images of them actually clasing. However I do have a couple of the aquires fighting in full armor on foot, will post later, if anyone wants to see the action.
