Description

My first crawfish cookout. A shout out to David and Debbie for having us over and educating us on how to eat crawfish. It was so good. :) Delicious. Loved the colors and thought it would make an interesting picture.

you pull the head off and suck out the innards? or eat the whole dang thing!!! I will pass on boiled crawfish but I like fried. excellent capture

Great picture Tammy!! And my God, y'all are FAST learners on how to eat a crawfish :) Glad everyone enjoyed themselves!! nikolais, we boil them down here in a 120qt. boiling pot outdoors in some nice spicey seasoning. They're really yummy!!

yeah, we pulled the head off and sucked them...then pulled the meat out of the tail. It was really good. The corn, potatoes, celery, sausage, mushrooms, and garlic was all good. It was excellent...DebbieM is from Louisiana and cooked them cajun style. I didn't cook them. DebbieM and her hubby did... but from what I saw they mixed spices together with the crawfish and veggies and then boiled them in this huge pot for about an hour. Very tasty.
