Description

Taken on Cannon Powershot A95 Location - a burial cairn in scotland, up near inverness. I took this shot as i thought it would be cool. Little did i realise that the resulting shot and its focus (both visually and its actual focus (not sure if you can tell from this picture size but the immediate foreground is the only part in focus)) could tell its own story based on what the subject/site is - see title ;) (no postwork)

Autofocus has little disadvantages as well, but when you're aware of it you'll be able to prevent in the future! :) Original work!

When I went to see Stonehenge in 1985 as a teenager.... I was more interested in the burial mounds that were near by. By then the monoliths were roped off and you couldn't get anywhere near them. (People doing graffiti ruined that for everyone.) Of course those mounds weren't part of the guided tour I was on, so I never got to learn about them. Fantastic image here. Gets the mind working with a lot of thoughts.
