Description

Khabarovsk - 2054 The nuclear war took its toll on most of the major cities in the east and the west and this major outpost on the tip of eastern Russia was no exception. The damage was huge and only a few of the buildings were left standing. Luckily, the radiation was not such a problem as Vladivostock was the main target. This city only suffered the blast front and for this reason some survivors remained. This started off as just the building you see in the middle but it grew and I ended up with this... Modelled in Pro/Desktop(has anyone else ever heard of/used this program?), Wings and Bryce. The postwork is done in gimp using the Cartoon filter. Tell me what you think... Thanks

Nice modelling; haven't heard of that program, but would like to know more. I think the filter does add to the desolated atmosphere. Well done.

the general colour scheme to the whole picture also adds to the depressing atmosphere...lovely recession in the background. it all works great!!! i love it!

Superb work, I really like the great detail you've gone into on the story and the buildings themselves...;)

It's very well done, and the filter you used gives it a nice illustration quality. Like the stuff you see in high end graphic novels. Nice job!

Very very good job modeling and your attention to details. The filter you chose sets the proper mood. Never used Pro/Desktop.
