Description

This is actually the first character created for a RPG Campaign I created some 10+ years ago. I had set the city as Chicago, and the start of the millennium was upon the world. The first of the changes were superheroes sponsored by Dhalgren Enterprises - The Untouchables. The other change, the heroes soon discovered, was that there was opposition to their actions from various organizations. One such mercenary was an individual known as Cannon. He sold his services to the highest bidder. His unique talents were to create bio-electrical energy that he could focus into a powerful blast. He was never subtle but he got the job done. Cannon or better known as Jack Terrance is a mutant. He never attended Rising Star, nor was registered with the government. How or when he developed his mutant powers is unknown. He is known to work for an organization called New World Enterprises whose operations have been discovered to be a threat to civilization itself. It is suspected that Jack, 'Cannon', acquired his current outfit from this organization. He usually sports a helmet that enhances his vision, a jetpack, and high-tech armor. He is currently in high security confinement after he was captured by the Untouchables in a secret New World base.
