The Gallery of the Week for Jan 18, is the Work in Progress Gallery. This gallery has always been a favorite of mine because of the great variety of work being posted there in all kinds of styles. It takes courage to post something that you haven't quite finished yet and ask for constructive criticism. This is a great gallery.
