I hope Bondware will put out tech specs for at least a minimal machine to run Poser 11.3. I do need to get a new PC, but I'm not that tech savvy with GPUs or Windows PCs. I need some guidance to know what to buy, but I don't have a lot of money.
It's so weird that people think that this update changes some requirements for Poser, it doesn't. It's just adding support for Touring so RTX cards can work in SuperFly.

is a 2060 Super going to be faster than 2 1070's?

If you're going the ebay route you definitely need to watch out for scammy and low reviewed sellers. Keep an eye out for the very high trafficked and highly respected sellers, you're going to be much more safe buying from those reputable accounts. It won't be 100% because a used card is always a gamble, with or without the warranty.
Also, carefully read the descriptions for 1070's that were used for mining and see if they say that they were undervolted or not.
I see that you're going from a 970/980 combo, honestly if you were thinking of spending up to 200 or 250 for each card, that's already 400/500 for two and I'd suggest you just get a 2060 Super and set it as a dedicated render card. It's going to render faster than a 1080, has 8GB of ram and with Poser now finally supporting RTX it's going to render a lot faster than a 1070. But if you can find good 1070's for under 200 from someone reliable, I'd say that's an ok deal if you don't want RTX.
If this older chart data is accurate and if Poser's updated support is good for OptiX, then yes a single 2060 Super could potentially be faster than two 1070s using the new backend. https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=blender-281-optix&num=3
I looked for more up to date charts but I must be cursed today because I couldn't find any on google that were recent.

Thread: Quickie Survey: What's Your Goto Figure in Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
7, 8.
I use PE 90% of the time simply because the default shape is very naturally average (which is the type of style I prefer) and I don't have to do much to her because she already looks like the every day person. I use LF for certain things, close up face shots but tend to shy away from body shots because LF's body type isn't average and I have to do a lot to Un-LaFemme, LaFemme.

I have the base and if I flip the base I have a top, so all I need is the glass!

It has a morph to adjust the glas-thickness.
That was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

I have a prop request if you don't mind.
I just need a hollowed out high res tube with an open top and bottom. I'd like it to have a smaaaalllllll amount of thickness from the outside to the inner hollow part. The plan is to apply a glass material to it and put it on a base I have to make it look like one of those glass containers that collectors of pop/action/movie figures use.
Sort of like this except cylindrical:
And like this:

The 970 is pretty comparable with my 580 (Which is no where in the class with your 1070. That thing is a monster) so I can get an idea of your speed. Isn't 200 pixels a lot of samples or am I just a little slow in knowledge when it comes to Superfly? You will not be trolling me if you say yes. I think it might be worth it. Your Urban Future set turned out most excellent.
Having Direct Samples not clamped makes renders veeeeeeeeeery noisy when there's lots of shadows involved but it allows the full range of light bounces to fill indoor scenes when I'm using Dome/HDRI lighting and many small mesh lights for indoor lighting. Even at 200 it can still be annoyingly riddled with large spots of noise but it's the only way to get the full amount of light/fill/bounce light from secondary sources. Otherwise the image is dim and most of the reflected and bounces light will simply not be there. With Direct Samples clamped I can get away with 50 samples or less and have a noise free image but I'm also losing most of my fill and bounce light, which looks completely wrong.
Sadly, Urban Future wasn't done with SF it was done with Studio using iray. I can't get my SF renders to look like I can in Studio which sucks because I'm a Poser guy at heart.

I haven't used FF since SF was introduced with PP11, but here's my sorta typical output settings for scenes with shiny and reflective surfaces or any OOT hair.
Scenes with plenty of lighting and minimum shadows I drop the pixel samples in half or more. If it's an indoor scene with tons of shadows I may even bump it another 200 or 400 samples because SF renders are so dirty.
I also typically just let the 970 render things, even though it's much slower than my 1070 I can still do other stuff with 0 slowdown with the 970 handling everything.

I am really glad that the moderation team is taking action. For the most part I've simply stepped away from here because the bickering and the invasion of extreme trolling/OT was ruining every thread I had interest in. Hopefully now things can settle down and we can get back to discussing our enjoyment of Poser.

I was wondering where she came from because I don't remember buying her. She looks like a great stylized figure and she bends really well on the included poses!

And then it's a couple of hundred dollars. So strip out some of the bells and whistles and sell it for a reduced price, like Photoshop Elements.
Someone recently asked about Poser Debut, apparently it's been discontinued.
