Inspired by Sandy Skoglund's 1980 "set-up" photograph of the same name which you can see on her site.

Her cats were moulded in plaster and "posed" with two of her neighbours - but this seemed an ideal subject for 3D graphics.

Fantastic! As i saw it i soon thought at the goldfishes' works that i knew (I didn't remember who the author was, tho).

You did a perfect job and the style itself is balanced (overdoing the details would have spoiled the concept).

9.5/10 (only because it's based on another artist's work, otherwise it'd be a 10).

OMG! I almost laughed out loud when I saw the thumbnail. This has got to turn into a new broadway play! Go see RADIOACTIVE CATS! All the actors would be in dayglow costumes and everythign would be blacklit! HAhahaha. Excellent and funny idea!

Very cool how it all seems so normal, the couple go about their business while all these radioactive cats wander about! Great job and I agree this was an excellent topic for 3D art.

Cool, when I saw the thumb, I thought to my self those cats look radioactive. Then I read the title and realised they I would have to say 2 thumbs up, since I knew what it was right away :-)
