This T shirt kinda makes a point in favour of performance gains from creating souped up cars, bikes, trucks etc as a hobby.
The facts are that the pollution they'll create driving limited mileage on the road or competing in races, pales into insignificance when compared to the sheer volume of pollution created by the 'normal people', on their daily drives to work.
It's a bit like Tesco's sales... it's all volume related!
This guys other main argument is that souped up vehicles actually burn fuel more efficiently and are therefore greener than non performance vehicles, especially once you apply the volume factors.
Petrol Heads the world over will always use this argument and I have to say that I agree with them!
I don't want a hole in the ozone layer anymore than the next man, but lets concentrate on the big polluters and leave the little guys alone.
