Here is ANOTHER infrared photo from my canal cruises.
This one I converted to black & white for Tim ... he found the color distracting in another of my shots. Here I think the B&W works well, though the color version had it's merits as well.

Another beauty, and I think the dark sky really accentuates the contrasts, though I'm sure the color version was lovely as well.

IR's work pretty good as B&W, but I still prefer the coloured versions, that said, I think you got a great result here of the river-scape !
