| Thanks for all the comments and suggestions on my last image, also called the Snake Charmer. I've taken a number of the suggestions and incorporated them into this reworked image, which I think turned out way better. I changed the poses, added skin shader and spent a long time playing around with the lighting and shadows. I learned a lot from this image - the most important of which is how much more there is still to learn about this great program! Thanks in advance for your comments. About the only thing I do like better from the first would be the lighting, this one seems a bit dark but not by enough to hurt it. Beautiful skin on your character. |

 | DLG- The snake looks great. The texture & pose look perfect. The problem I have with the young lady is the right shoulder looks a little awkward - It just throws the flow off (for me, at least). I know about problems with lights, I'm still experimenting myself, but when you use a background with a visibly bright lightsource as part of the image, your shadows should flow from it, not towards it. I know it's not the 'real' light source for the piece, but if it's there, you need to consider it. Keep it up!! Cheers! |

 | Very nice improvements, posing is stellar ^_^ That being said, the "sitting on snake" concept, although generally not well-liked....... Well let's just say I thought it was very creative and although it could have used a bit more "polish", I thought it was a great concept and it could have worked. Who cares if it wouldn't work in real life? What you create is from your own world of the minds eye. Besides, does anyone truely realize how strong a snake of that size really is? *grumble* anyway I know I'm not super popular ^_^ 5+***** |

 | DLG, that's a favourite! I agree that your light source should come from the direction of the sun on the bgr. As for the shoulder, I have that effect frequently and sometimes succeed smearimg it out in GIMP (postwork), but it is a delicate issue! |

| DLG Ok love it very good improvements and overall affect is superb one or two bits have issues the right shoulder but this was indicated, the light also there is a slight prob with the left elbow it looks a bit collapsed this sitting on snake thing trust me on this one that size can take a full grown persons on it back it would probably eat you if you did but it is possible LOL the render with the issues is very, very good and I do love it, it is sexy and sensual and well put together 5+ from me keep it up |

I think that the light here makes the objects feel heavier, but I like darker lighting. I swear that snake has a smile too... how strange. |

The sunlight that bathes her body looks fantastic, and the shadows cast from an off camera lightsource work really well to give the image more depth. Excellent :) |
