Complete remodel made in Hexagon modeling software and rendered in Carrara 5 pro some of the cloud layers painted in Photo shop with the aid of a graphics tablet.

This is a stunning image. I might quibble, and argue that the floating platforms are probably clustered a little too close together, making a nice chain reaction if the enemy gets to the right one; and that the scale between the platforms and the emerging fighters seems off; but that's minor, the composition is, as I said, stunning!
