Description
"I 'eard a noise, Spinner," she said to the hovering clank that accompanied her on nightly rounds of the manufactory. "Prolly naught but old pipes lettin' off wi' steam. 'Ad teh check, though. 'Tis wha' th' gov'ner pays us teh do."
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered with Poser 12.0.1029 using Superfly/Cycles2 and tweaked a bit in Photoshop. The night watch woman is based on V4 with morphs and textures by Tempesta3d. Her companion clank is by Jonnte. The setting is by DM. The idea for the picture is inspiration from viewing a picture by Mazzam using a lot of the same content... thanks!

a cool steampunk render. lots of old pipes and gears to make spooky noises at night. I like the red hair, overhead lights, and robot light that match, making it an evenly balanced scene.
Thank you, my dear! I am particularly pleased you note the dramatic lighting! That's pretty much what I spent most of my time on when setting this up. The hair came out better than I expected thanks to a neat script by Snarlygribbly and Poser 12's ability to subdivide and therefore smooth out geometry. =)
