This is one I have had in my head for months, and just now had a moment to work on it. I'm sure we've all had that sensation of time flying away.
The grandfather clock is from DM's Dusty Memories, and the others are freebies I've collected from here and Share CG. I used the wings from the Caliope Dress (daz) and Feathered Wings by Joe Bushido and Cherub Wings. The clock brushes are from Deviant Art. Here is the link.

The model is MSTene's (Margot's) Anise from RDNA. I just love her skin with Poser's SSS system.
The dress is Fujiko-san's friend's, Mamomamo - Here is a link to her site. It is in Japanese, but Google will translate it for you!

Great realization of the concept - I am sure it came to be in its own time. You always are so creative in your framing and you are a master of the spillover effect. Great expression of surprise as to where the time has all gone.

yep time flies by and the older we get the faster it goes i always say to ute that we are getting closer and closer to the last station hehehe.
