Description

Hi all - I may have a problem with my RAM chip in my computer, which is why I've had my render struggles of late. My husband is going to check it out. In the meantime, I can still paint pictures in Photoshop CS3. So I did this lovely hummingbird. It's based on a high speed photo by R. W. Scott. The flowers and foliage were rendered in Poser Pro (and then feathered to death as well as smudged a bit to give them a more painterly look.) The background was painted. Hope you like it! I did a simple gold frame this time (at e-brink's suggestion.) BTW, I've had two pictures make it to the Art charts lately and I really want to thank you all for helping me get there. I really appreciate all your wonderful comments and favs! Thanks for the comments/favs on my last picture - My Baby Dragon! Have a fabulous Monday!

Lori, I was having the same problem with my ram. I never knew you could defrag it. So I did and it did make a difference.
You paint beautifully, the details are amazing but that humming bird looks so real. Perfection!
