Description
Blinking groggily the young woman emerged from the open cryoleptic chamber. "Something's not right!" she murmured. Hers was the only chamber open. In the distance she heard the unpleasant bleating of the red alert klaxon. "If we're in status red the tactical crew should be quickened," she frowned. "Yet, I'm the only one and I'm life sciences."
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered using Superfly Cycles X in Poser 13.3.686. Some postwork was accomplished in Superfly and a tad more in Photoshop. The character of young Starbelle is based on La Femme. Tons of other legacy characters were used to fill the other cryoleptic chambers. The setting is by the wonderful BlueTreeStudio (I fiddled with the textures a bit to get a bit more utility from the content). As usual, I found scripts by Ken1171_Design indispensible.
The story idea has to do with a young and inexperienced life sciences technician dealing with an emergency on her starship. I don't know if I will pursue it but I certainly will do at least one more picture giving a closer view of little StarBelle. She is very young, about 16 years of age. She's a a child prodigy; a genius in life sciences and the cryoleptic protocols extending life for the journey to the distant earth like planet are the result of her work. She also has refined the protocols for reviving the millions of frozen zygotes and botanical specimens that will be used in terraforming the destination planet. Unfortunately, she is not an expert in the technical operation of the starship. Hijinks will ensue...😏

Thanks, it's GREAT content. You can never go far wrong with BlueTreeStudios. That being said, I often mess with the materials a bit to get a better look for my purposes. I'd be doomed, though, if I had to come up with content like this from scratch. XD

Great looking scene and love your palette choice. Its an interesting sci-fi trope, that has had many differing treatments over the years; looking forward to seeing where you go with this.
Thanks for the kind comment regarding the visual choices, Joe. I agree that it's not an unknown sci-fi story idea but like all the great ideas it's always ripe for another treatment. XD I do love my science fiction stories, fantasy tales, science hero stories and mysteries, too.

Thanks, Amanda. I should really return to this series but (as so often happens to me) I stalled out on it a while back. It was meant to be an origin story for my character based on Tempesta3D's Space Queen content: Space Queen in Molly's Studio . Ah well... so many ideas and inspirations and so little time. >.<
