Description
Sonja, having concluded her reconnaissance and running low on essential steam pressure, returned the the airship where Fat Bob, the Weasel and Miss Pannikin awaited her.
"Ehm! Ehm! Welcome 'ome, Miss Steelsinger!" Fat Bob saluted the returning spark as she gently floated toward the deck of the airship. " 'as yer scoutin' mission given yer ideas regardin' 'ow ter get in teh yon redoubt?"
The Weasel grumbled, "She'll spill what she learned when she lands, you great pile of scrap!"
"Both o' yer kin stop yer gobs!" Miss Pannikin suggested to her companion clanks.
As she neared the deck, Sonja couldn't contain her excitement. "I not only 'as a plan, I seen th' govner!"
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 13.0.339 with some tweaking from Photoshop. The content include Sonja based on La Femme with modifications from Afrodite-Ohki. Clanks are Miss Pannikin by 1971s; Fat Bob by Simon3D; the Weasel by Jonnte. Sonja wears a steampunk jet pack also by Jonnte. The airship with our heroes is the work of 1971s and steam powered dirigible in the distance is from DAZ. Baron Von Reanimeister's stronghold is the Steampunk Hideaway found at DAZ. Other aspects of the setting are the work of Cybertenko and Flink. Support content creators! We use their products to give life to our dreams.

Love these big scene!
Thank you for that supportive comment, my dear. They take a lot of time for me to set up and it is so pleasing to have someone express enjoyment regarding the result! =)

Very complex and animated scene! :) Since I don't have Poser 13, I don't know what lighting system it has for outdoor scenes. Since I ventured into external scenes rendered in Poser (version 11 Pro ), I always use a product from some time ago ( it was at RDNA ) by vincebagna. It was called Sun Light. I also asked the seller - who sells the SuperFly materials here - to re-propose it here at Renderosity, but he didn't....
Thanks for commenting. The scene took a long time to set up but I've gotten a lot of mileage out of it and I'm planning on using it in this series a bit more before I'm done with it. XD
I think that the lighting for this scene was pretty simple. I did some global lighting using an HDRI image on Afrodite-Ohki's environment sphere from her "Level Up!" product. The only other light is a pair of infinite lights at almost the same position; one is full white and the other, set to be kind of dim has a yellow cast. Together they simulate sunlight. =) I can provide more detail in a sitemail if you would like. What I'm doing should work with Superfly in P11 Pro but might need a bit of tweaking as Superfly has been updated since then.
I love Vince's superfly materials and use them often. I'd happily purchase more of his content if he made it available! =)

Wonderful steampunk, interesting style. I would call it a more joyous steampunk style with delightful stories. Well the serious baron stories had a bit of a slightly different feeling..😊
Excellent composition, lovely characters, superb environment and lighting, brilliant render.
Magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!
Thank you, Marius. I do love my Steampunk!

Just looking at these scenes invokes thoughts of how much work goes into them.....
Not just the placement of assets but the concept to get the process stated.
Thanks for posting Molly!
Thank you, JD. I do this mostly because it satisfies a creative itch but when I share them and get a nice comment like that it really helps fuel the creative engine! =D
