I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

Awesome scene! A lot of great choreographed movement and lighting.

Thank you. I'm kind of sorry to be done with the Saloon interior shots for the story. It was a lot of work to set up. XD

all good poses and tavern lighting. it sounds like there is an interesting meeting coming up....

Thanks! I'm glad you are enjoying the story. There is indeed, a fateful meeting coming up. =)

Anticipating the next chapter!!

I'm hoping that I can share the next image and beat of the story in the next day or so. Setting up an entirely new scene always takes me a bit of time. =)

Excellent crown scene, I like the way Sonja stands out slightly with wardrobe that's almost a complementary colour to much of the rest of the scene, without being garishly so. Intriguing plotline too!
MollyFootman
Thanks, Joe. The coloring choices are pretty much Steampunk chic with things being in muted greys, greens and earth tones. XD I hope I'm building some kind of suspense here with the story line. ;-D

Hmm, wonder who's underestimating whom?! I love the idea that the air pirates are so well armed, despite their skimpy outfits. I'm guessing would-be attackers have made the mistake of assuming they'd be easy prey more than once, to their peril!!
Love the lighting, and great job with Sonja pulling her cloak up over her head!
MollyFootman
Thanks, Amy. Those bulky sleeves are about the only place to hide armament on those air pirate costumes. XD I suppose they could have some knives or small pistols hidden in their boots, as well!
I'm glad the lighting works for you, it was surprisingly challenging. Out of the box lighting for Firefly usually needs a lot of tweaking to work well in Superfly and this was not an exception. I'm glad you like the cloak as it is part of my continuing adventure in learning to use dynamic cloth. =P Seems like nothing is easy! =)

I'm with Joe - Sonja's green cape is entirely believable and sets her apart from the red/yellow/brown tones of the scene as a whole. Good job with dynamics.
The air pirates are in for a surprise. Sonja's a Molly-Jedi or somethin g equally adept.
I feel you with story moving past the scene, Molly - all those poses, lights, textures.....one reason I seem forever stuck with pinups....
MollyFootman
Thanks, JD. Sonja is a spark so one would expect her plans to include something mechanical. I hope you'll enjoy how things develop as she tries to learn from the pirates where Lilja Darkstar was taken.
