Description
"So how do we proceed now, Jorl?" the cat girl asked as they took their leave of the wizard Ludovich and his dragon.
The little warrior grunted. "We waits 'til dark. We enters th' crypt. We git this scroll inter th' Golem. If Ludovich knows 'is stuff th' Golem gets freezed up in it's tracks. We takes what we pleases and returns 'ere ter give th' wizard 'is pick o' th' takin's an' then divvies up th' rest a'tween oursel's."
The cat girl nodded and a puzzled expression gradually formed. "Jorl?" she ventured.
"What?" he grunted, a bit impatiently.
"Seems to me you've not explained the most important part of this new plan."
"An' thet'd be?" he asked.
"How do we get that scroll into the Iron Golem's thorax?"
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.757 with Superfly Cycles 2 and tweaked in Photoshop for a bit of glow (spectral bloom) and vignette. I struggle with darkened areas like the interior of the Wizard's house using "natural" lighting.
The catgirl is A3 using some very old material from DAZ I was reminded of recently by Mazzam. The textures haven't aged well and I messed with them to try to give the impression of fur rather than plastic (the hair was the worst >.<). The Dwarf is by Sixus1 and is available at Renderosity. The wizard is based on M4 with textures and morphs by Mortus Vetum. The setting is by BlueTreeStudios.

I love the way the lighting and camera angle catches Jori in this one! His expression totally says, "I'm gonna ignore the cat girl's valid question just for right now b/c I'm feeling pretty good about this... right now, anyway!" You have more than done justice to both these figures in this series! I bet you never though it would go this far when you first gave the cat girl a try :-)
Never thought it would go this far? True that. I meant only to do the first picture with them in the Royal Crypt. It's really gotten out of hand. XD
Jorl is such a fun, but challenging, character to use. His short stature makes convincing posing really challenging. I do think of him as having a great deal of bluster and manly pride but lacking in the ability to REALLY plan things out. Kind of like the first Ghostbuster's movie in which Ray's plan is "Get Her!" right before the ghost scares the bejabbers out of them. =)

I'm definitely out sequence, either that or you've fast tracked the story line...!...another one of my favorite scenes...so many fantastic small touches that take this image to the next level...really nice work...superb complementary lighting...!!

I also post at Deviant Art (a place with MANY problems) but their posting, linking and feedback system is SO much better than here. I'd love to get the quality commenters over there that I get here. >.<
