Nurse Dorothea is escorting Mr. Chapman on his morning walk through the Rehabilitation Center’s halls. I love how real the costumes are---that's a real hospital robe, with those silly socks they give you, and she's dressed like a real nurse. She looks, as you say, like she's acting natural but not totally---she's got other things in mind. Delightful, Teri, you're so good at these scenes.
