George got a little carried away doing yard work yesterday. This morning he has some sore muscles and Edie is trying to work out some of the kinks.

ditto barb/bakapo (and others), an awesome couple. I love the contrasts between his portly stature and her very thin stature; and they seem very happy. I love that she's in her morning attire (with very bright rollers and a great robe w/ pink slippers), and he's in a sleeveless t-shirt. The vases etc are very bold, for contrast with those pale hues around the room. And that's a very bold painting to contrast the grays and beiges, etc. (Good floor color too, for contrast.) A delightful image of a dyed in the wool couple who know how to help each other. A wonderful slice of life.
