Description
On the planet Shamla the atmosphere at sea level has too much oxygen for humans to live safely. Settlements are therefore located on high plateaus; above 3,000 meters elevation. For long distance transportation on Shamla, airships make much more sense than cars or trains, which would have to travel down into the dangerous lowlands. Airships are also faster than cars or trains would be, and much more fuel efficient than conventional airplanes (which are nevertheless still used when speed is essential).

This is superb! I'm not quite sure what it is, maybe her uniform or perhaps the colors, could be the lighting; I just can't quite put my finger on it, but this reminds me of the style of Norman Rockwell.
