The garden is so inviting, I can just imagine walking up those stairs - how beautiful ! - you and Karel did and do such an amazing job to maintain it this way and it's obvious, with a lot of love and care... are those red Azaleas on the left ? they are huge in my estimate - but I don't recognize the white ones, right above them ? and everything looks so refreshed after the rain... I wish you both a wonderful Summer to relax there.
I'm speechless! This is just gorgeous. I would love to walk through your garden with my camera taking pictures of every flowering thing! LOL! You'd never get me out of there. :P

I often spend so much time on your fractals, I forget to comment on more of your photographs. This photograph is lush and beautiful; and the comments above attest to that. Your pov leads us into the back, and if we didn't know that you have houses around you, we might believe that that stairway leads into an infinite valley, or perhaps a beach. The light is gentle, and there's a softness in this shot. Beautiful work, Jacomina, and it's always wonderful to see your home close up, and the time and care you and Karel put into it.
