Hi, or must I say "High", dear Tara,
This is meant to congratulate you on your birthday, and to wish you many years of prosperity and happiness.
Here in the Netherlands we have a saying: "I'm in the clouds", which means so much as, "I'm so excited", hence symbolically this picture.
Actually, it's a joke, this picture, because next to this adventure wheel there is a traffic sign with the following: "Traffic (required) to the left".
And I know you like jokes, right?
So I too wish, you will now have a smile on your face.

Such beautiful words for Tara on her Birthday anniversary and a wheel of fortune is just something we all would like and to make a secret wish - then there is hope for all of us, Jacominchen ! and who doesn't like to dream ?
BTW - I just learned those 2 Dutch words, from that sign 'Doorgaand verkeer' and translated it into German 'Durchgang Verkehr', that was easy, even without a dictionary ! and I get the joke too... thanks.
I can just see the cars, veering around to the left, getting caught up in the gondolas, and taking a spin on the wheel! :) I enjoy this sort of ride very much, and I'm quite sure that if I sat down and rode it around a couple of times, I would come back feeling happy and prosperous! :) Thank you, dear friend!
