Your video reminded me of how much joy you post, each season. The parade of images was wonderful---thank you. And I know it takes time to assemble all those images, and do all those dissolves...As for this image, it's a real 18th or 19th Century vision, I love the costumes, and they have your usual sense of care and detail. The man looks like he's in air, and that's an old fashioned umbrella! (I have a few like that, from Italy, and I love them. They have knobs for handles too.) And the woman's gown flows like the wind, and and she's got a great smile. The background is treated like a Currier and Ives painting: You made it part photograph and part painting. A joyous image, Ute, and thank you for all the delights you give us, each holiday. They're wonderful.
