This get 3 stars from the gurus Turin and Sanchez, who describe it as a heavy gourmand, " impressive but indigestible, except for those hearty persons who always demand a second slice" !
The nose behind this fragrance is Maurice Roucel.who also did Insolence for Guerlain, one of my biggest favourites. Top notes are bitter orange and bergamot; middle notes are immortelle, cinnamon and musk; base notes are tonka bean, vanilla and sandalwood.
Here it is packed as a mini in a way that I dislike as too fussy.

I do like the color of the bottle. It goes well with the gold. They could have done without all the filigree. It would have made for a more elegant look.
