Hi Everyone, it has been a while since I have been here, I hope you are all ok. Thanks so much for your support of my last upload 'A Lynx and a Butterfly' it is so appreciated. This one is for you Dave (magnus073) at this trying time, love to you and your family. hugs to everyone here, thank you for sparing the time to view my gallery, Jane xx This portrait of a Tiger is a painting that I have kept going back to you over time. I am always trying hard to get as realistic as possible when I paint my animals and this one bugged me because I was never entirely happy with it, but now I do feel happier since working on the eyes, and the muzzle. Well I say happier :D and that is for now, I will probably look at it again in the future and want to start tweaking yet again! Well I hope you enjoy looking at this tiger, they are the most beautiful of creatures and I really do hope that I have done this proud tiger justice.

Exquisite work Jane and a wonderful dedication for Dave and his family! The eyes are perfect as are the lower teeth. I like the nose and muzzle just the way they are.

Thanks for asking and for your comment, but no I don't. I have been asked before about that and will give it some thought once I have some more animals finished for my store, I am working on dogs at the moment, then it will be more big cats, wolves and cats, and I think I will create another enchanted pack. Ok so I gave it some thought as I wrote the comment and while I am doing all of these I will save the stages of how I go about creating the fur, then bring out a tutorial. :D
