Description
Attack, attack, attack!!! Let me at em!!!
Captured way back on 8/9/05, somewhere within the vast perimeter of the neighborhood.
Although barking at me, the one on the left has the most compassionate eyes. Maybe it really didn't have the heart for all this, and was just trying to keep peace with its pal on the right. I've seen this behavior time and again.

Not a pretty sight! Don't put your finger in there.
Very great captures my friend !!!
Maybe they take turns, and it's HER turn to tell you off...Doesn't look like much of a castle to defend, but by gosh they're going to defend it with all they've got! I have a feeling they aren't as loved and well-cared-for as they probably deserve, a common and unfortunate occurrence. Poor babies. Still, you got some great captures of their ferocity, Harry!
very good shot of animals
Looks like they are really worked up, Harry.
wonderful shots about these activ dogs ! Very impressive stature !!!
Emotional brute:) Yes, the eyes of the quiet one are very fetching.
Yes, they look like they'd have a real go at ya! Not nice looking hounds for sure.. Good captures though mate! Rob
Lol, andrea---I don't imagine you're sticking your fingers in the way of a lot of ranting dogs. I love these. I imagine they're tough shots, since the dogs are jumping, bobbing, etc, so while you're concentrating on getting good shots (and messing with settings), you're being shouted at with zeal and ferocity. With Denise, I agree this isn't the posh-est of castles to protect, lol: Maybe they're barking to get the hell out! Whatever their reason, the one on the right looks like he's been driving for 40 hours and had enough caffeine to power a jet (love that top shot!), and the one on the left---yes, he looks like he's saying "pity us, o human!", esp poignant in the bottom shot. (Ecce Cane? I don't know if that's real Latin---a takeoff on Ecce Homo...) These shots are real delights, and I'm glad you're fishing them out of your archive for us. And the area they're guarding is fascinating too---real material for one of your debris shots. More delightful dog candids, Harry!
