Description

Some people in the tribe think the old Ruins are evil but Dawn has always found them fascinating and now that she is a hunter for the tribe she visits them before each hunt to meditate. (Zoom for larger image) I started playing with Octane Render (the standalone version) and for several months I was just trying to figure out the menus and not getting very good results. Then something must have clicked because all of a sudden I started to get really nice results and that came as a surprise to me because I’m not good at rendering! This scene was a bit of work but I’m very happy the result – I’ll be posting some others angle. I hope you like it – thanks for viewing!!! Good one. It has a very real feel to it. Your photographic skills are showing with the leading lines and the rule of thirds and the deliberatly off-kilter view. I take it the sky is a photograph... it sure looks like one. I like the ground cover... it looks very realistic, especially the dirt, which always looks so crappy in poser renders.
