Denise should like this.
I knew I had fog fotos somewhere in my old files. Seek and ye shall find. I took advantage of the rare mist that early morning by snapping lots of shots.
Ciao.

Very beautiful sight!
Love it!
What's not to like? Fog/mist always presents such a cozy atmosphere. Nicely done Harry.
Nice work on this thoughtful dedi, Harry.
This photo has very good composition . The offset tree, the lampposts are a nice touch. Colors are beautiful and the fog sets a gloomy mood. Nice postwork.
It's gorgeous, Harry; I do love how the shapes of the trees become more apparent when viewed through fog, and the colours seem more pure. This is stunning!
Love being in this kind of atmosphere... Aloha
stunning capture, as a partial view of Paradise ... the trees are BIOEN contratés in the mist!
very lovely with the fog
Great shot, you have captured the autumn mood very well. Currently here it looks equally almost every morning.

Marvelous capture... WOnderful photo !
Sorry I dropped out for a while, it was unexpected. I'll be here more than once, though, this time around; but I can't wait any longer to jump back into your gallery...This fog series was delicious. One of the things you've done so well is to capture such distinct hues, even as they're filtered through fog. Denise remarks how the colors become more pure (and the shapes more apparent): Yes, and I wonder if that's because fog eliminates much of the 'clutter' in what we see, allowing only the most predominant elements to come through---a kind of "essentializing" filter, revealing the purest hues, the most pronounced shapes, etc. Whatever it is, you've captured truly clear shapes and pure colors; and that, combined with the ethereal 'soup' of fog, makes a genuinely touching contrast. Your distance is right too---the closest tree (I agree with your son about the composition) is a semi-detailed dream, while the background trees get increasingly more amorphous---yet they're still clear to the viewer. Nice distance & hues, and a deep fog captured with real clarity---hard to do, as fog often looks like a blur; but here it has real presence. Beautiful work, Harry---the whole series---and if this is what's just lyin' around your files, as my college buddies would've said: "Duuuuude! You got a freakin' goldmine there!"
Beautiful foggy scene! I love the trees gently wrapped in fog. The fog settles lightly on the one right of center and gives its colors a soft intensity. My gaze went from the trees to the ground and was held captive. The greens and browns stand separate or gently merge into beautiful patterns. The fog softens the colors as the patterns reach back into an indistinct horizon among the trees. I like the three trees that zigzag back, starting with the one right of center. They each have a strong fork and as my eyes go from one to the next, they become, in my mind, a single tree, fading into the fog. This image has seriously slowed down my commenting tonight. I want to just keep gazing at it. Absolutely gorgeous!
nice capture, great atmo.
