Description
And just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.
Captured 11/28/13, early morning, off the outside east wall of a seafood restaurant, about 1.35 miles from home.
Almost as much fun as the aquarium. Further proof that I will photograph just about anything I encounter.
Adelis.

Fantastic capture and very great photo !!!
fantastic shot...splendid srtyle on this wall !!!
guess they cook sharks there .cool shot
What a dynamic painting of the shark; he seems to have tons more personality than the average sharky swimmer. You got an excellent capture of this fine work, Harry, the lighting was on your side it seems!
Nice work on this very cool capture, Harry.
Nice capture and find!
I can still remember going to the beach the next day after seeing Jaws, and laughing and spooking each other in the waves ... great post and artwork
Excellent design.
Nice find. Speaking of sharks, we just had a shark attack on a kayak fisherman today on Maui. Unfortunately, he didn't make it....sad Lately, we've been having a lot of shark attacks. Aloha
Sharknado lives and is splattered on this brick wall. Nice capture of this mural. It would make a cool brick wall puzzle. Lighting perfect on your postwork.
Great attention getter. You do find the most interesting things.
Agree with Bill, you do find the most interesting things. Though one would have to say, it's how you 'see' them, because a lot of people would look but then walk away. You posted mosaics, some images back, and I was struck by the same thing with them that I am with these: Total clarity, and a way of making the art (here, the shark) stand out as if it were a separate object: fine work clarifying hue and shape. The sky-color is nearly the opposite---on a color wheel---of the wall color, ie, "complementary colors" as they're called in color theory. (Stop me if I'm telling you something you already know!) Point being that the two contrast each other totally, and make each other stand out. It's a minimal shot---one of your specialties---but what's in it stands out with real clarity...and the bits of shadow on the wall are wonderful, amidst its sameness. Shots like these show how you zero in on essences, and clarify them, give them to us in their most vivid aspect. With that, any subject matter becomes genuine art. Fine job. (I'm supposed to be skipping around, but so far I've done 4 consecutive images!)
Serving shark no doubt lol At least you know what it is.. Good one Harry. Rob
