This is a forest of yucca brevifolia, more commonly known as Joshua trees. Although we weren't there when the trees were blooming, you can see remnants of blooms in the two largest-looking trees on the right.

I love to look at these trees. I did stop and get out the car but when I got in I noted I had thorns all over me. lol. I was just on the side of the road. never get out the car lol

Very beautiful scene
Isn't it a beautiful landscape with all those trees as far as you can see? I spent a lot of time over the years driving through that area as we spent summer vacations at Lake Havasu when I was a teenager in Southern California. It's a totally different scene than we have up here, isn't it? Fantastic capture, Tara!
