Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth, folks. I was at rock bottom inspiration wise after training and the holidays. Some other emotional turmoil had me back at square one with the adrenal fatigue.
This month will be calmer until the end and into March, then I may have to work 19 day straight.. longer days. Until then, I should be able to visit a bit and render a bit. Hope you are well!
