Just a little bit of fun while working on other projects...
I have this Angelina Jolie wallpaper on my HP laptop (you can see/get it HERE). I thought it would be a fun excercsie to try and duplicate her pose - just for the heck of it.
I used a free set from Mr. Sparky I found somewhere a couple years ago for the background - Thank You. I actually used TWO hairs for this - Jaythen Hair from Rpublishing, and Action Hair by Pretty 3D. Angie is played by Scooby37's Foxy. Her tank top is a freebie by Little Dragon - Thank you!
For those of you who have been asking... Yes, I'm working feverishly on the next TNA page. I've been delving deeply into Vue 10 lately - and a few other things - so I'm falling a bit behind on commenting also. I hope to get caught up today..
Some of the sets for the next TNA page are some of the most complex I've tackled yet.. I'm using elelments from not only Poser, but Vue (a BIG Thank You to Art (adorety) for all the great tips on Vue..) and actual photographs as well. I hope to have it done sometime this week - depending on what RL throws my way, of course.

This turned out really well, Rod! You did a great job with the two wigs and her pose. Excellent lighting too! Yup, sometimes you just have to take a break. Glad you got some tips from Art :) It can be a real challenge to do what you want to do with story scenes, for sure. Looking forward to what you're cookin' up!

I admit to say this, but in place of AJ I'd not be satisfied by this depiction. Her body is tighter and her face is ... kinda different. You got the profile of her face but AJ's is softer (although this can be the result of photoshop editing) and her eyes are more slant. Guess AJ's photo depiction gets it's "Lara Croft" focus from poignant look, her spare eye "decoration": thin eyebrows, only a subtle eyeshadow and a receding hairline... so one cannot escape her bewitching glance. I'd really like to see a refined version of your study anytime soon.

Well done! You really captured her expression and pose, even her tattoo. The background adds to the realism. Beautiful work. It appears you are going for the atmosphere/mood rather than a Jolie look alike. Awesome image. You're very welcome on the tips too.
AH ... does Brad know you've been messin' with his wife? LOL! Cool Image Rod. Well ... yeah, as the person above says, Foxy is not the best interpretation of AJ but, I believe it was the pose you were actually trying to achive and I think you did that pretty well. Sure her fingers of her left hand are not perfectly posed as per the wallpaper, but over all it came out good Rod. Nice work. Now ... back to work on the TNA series, LOL! Your adoring fans are waiting, LOL!
